Together with the real flux and the expected lighting levels, the ILUEST assures an important increase of the discharge lamps' lifetime. Similarly, it permits soft and controlled transitions of the voltage supplied to the lamps, thus resulting in uniform fluxes and important power saving.

The Stabiliser-Dimmers of luminous flux provide for an important power saving due to the power reduction and enlarge the average lifetime of the lamps.

Today the Stabilisers-Dimmers are totally static and with phase independent control, fully replacing the old electromechanical servo-motor types which had more failure incidences and much slower regulation response.
